With over 17 years of professional experience as a massage therapist, I blend deep tissue therapy with decades of training in the intuitive and healing arts.​

This holistic manual therapy has helped clients recover from injury, ease the pain of chronic conditions, and be more vital and at home in their bodies. 

 

I was fortunate to learn of the body's innate healing abilities, its resilient creativity and soul at a young age. From these experiences, I developed a profound curiosity and respect for life, healing, and the human body. This naturally led me to a career in the healing arts.

 

Since beginning my career in 2008, I have learned from many teachers; Ursula Popp, Pat O’Rourke, and Robert Lester being the most influential.
