With over 16 years of professional experience as a massage therapist, I blend deep tissue massage with decades of training in intuitive and healing arts for a customized healing session that is truly unique! 

​

I love to learn every day, as a therapist, mother, musician, and artist. Creative expression is one of my greatest joys, and has contributed to my own healing journey through life. While singing, writing, drawing, dancing, painting, running, and moving, I feel alive with possibility. I bring this passion for life to each session with my clients. I enjoy getting to know people and contribute to each person's well being however I am able. 

 

I was fortunate to learn of the healthful benefits of massage, the body's innate healing abilities, and its resilient creativity and soul at a young age. From these experiences, I developed a profound curiosity and respect for life, healing, and the human body. This naturally led me to a career in the healing arts.

 

Since beginning my career in 2008, I have learned from many teachers; Ursula Popp, Pat O’Rourke, and Robert Lester being the most influential.
